With a new coach and a young outlook, the Island may be the place to be this fall. With the NHL schedule out, New York Islanders tickets are available for fans who want to see some exciting young hockey.

Fans of Islander Nation hope this team could be the beginning of a dynasty like it was back in the 1980s when Nassau Coliseum was sold out and it was like getting New York Knicks tickets in the 1990s or New York Yankees tickets or Boston Red Sox tickets, when the two teams play each other.

Yet hockey is not for the faint of heart. With high action quick movement, it’s not like getting Broadway tickets or Wicked tickets. Played right hockey is like a high powered rock concert.

When the Islanders are on the road, there are still things to do on Long Island. You can see a concert and get American Idol tickets, Celine Dion tickets, Toby Keith tickets , and Madonna concert tickets. And of course there’s the beach, golf and the movies.

Of course when you go on vacation, try Vegas and don’t forget to get Bette Midler in Las Vegas tickets, because they may become a tught buy.

None of this compares to the Islanders though, and if Garth Snow’s vision is reached this season, the Isles may just get back to their heyday.
